Who covers losses from bankruptcy?
When ADL is triggered, the system selects profitable positions in the opposite direction based on their ranking and reduces part of them at the bankruptcy price of the liquidated position. The ADL indicator next to your position shows your ranking: the more bars that light up, the more likely your position is to be reduced first if ADL occurs.
If a liquidation order is filled at a price worse than the bankruptcy price, the insurance fund covers the shortfall first. If the insurance fund is insufficient, profitable positions in the opposite direction absorb the loss. This is ADL.
