BTC has bounced back again, but right now I’m more interested in who’s actually buying than how much it’s gone up! 📈

I checked the markets today, and it finally feels like they’ve had a chance to catch their breath.

BTC is back around $82,000, briefly touching approximately $82,830 intraday. Expectations that the Fed will raise rates in the near term have cooled somewhat, giving risk assets a little breathing room too.
But a rebound is just a rebound—I’m not ready to rush into calling a bull market just yet.

Honestly, the longer you trade, the more you realize that the easiest time to lose money isn’t necessarily on the day of a big drop. It might actually be right after a sell-off, when the market suddenly bounces.

You see those green candles and think about buying the dip, but as soon as you jump in, the market hits you with another red candle. I’m sure plenty of you have been there 😂

So right now, I’m keeping an eye on three things:

First, can BTC hold above $80,000? The buying interest around this level is worth watching, but that doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed support.

Second, is the rebound backed by trading volume? If prices are rising but buying activity isn’t picking up noticeably, be careful—it could just be a short-term move driven by speculators.

Third, can altcoins make moves of their own? Don’t see some small-cap coin rise dozens of percent in a day and assume altcoin season is here. Liquidity, token distribution, and unlock schedules are often more important than the story.

My approach is simple: when the market outlook is unclear, don’t rush to go all in. Keeping some cash on hand and waiting for clearer signals from the trend and trading volume is a lot more comfortable than chasing every hot topic.

The market never runs out of opportunities. What’s in short supply is having capital left when they come along.

Do you think this BTC rebound is the start of another rally, or just a technical recovery after the drop?
