๐Ÿ‹ Beyond watching the charts, this is something you should know too: address poisoning
Some token contracts allow transfers of 0 tokens. Attackers exploit this to create a record that appears to show tokens being transferred from your address, making it look as though you made the transfer yourself.
Address poisoning doesnโ€™t require access to your private key or your signing an authorization. It relies entirely on the habit of copying addresses from transaction history and checking only the beginning and end.
Wallets that frequently transfer stablecoins and $ETH are more likely to be targeted by address poisoning.
Every potential gain comes with corresponding risks. Think carefully about how much you could lose in the worst-case scenario.
