Placeholder partner Chris Burniske said he views current market conditions as an early bull-market opportunity and favors buying. According to Foresight News, he said Bitcoin has held relatively firm while long-tail assets have continued to lose value, with many tokens down 20% to more than 40% from their peaks and Bitcoin down less than 10%. Some market participants believe Bitcoin has absorbed much of the market’s risk appetite and that most of the correction is complete; others argue its limited decline could make a sharp drop more damaging. Burniske said he agreed with the first view.

Burniske said prices could still fall further and suggested investing remaining funds in stages, with the amount allocated at each price level corresponding to the perceived likelihood that it marks a local bottom. He also said long-term investors should focus less on entry and exit points and more on systematically accumulating tokens, using their holdings in past top-performing investments as a benchmark for network ownership. Based on total token supply, holding 10 ETH would correspond to about 53 SOL or 97 TIA. TIA’s total supply is about 1.16 billion, and Burniske said its network value is lower than Ethereum’s when he first bought ETH; to target 10 or 100 times the ownership share, he said investors would need to accumulate 970 or 9,700 TIA, respectively. ZEC has the same supply as BTC, so he suggested using an investor’s desired BTC holding as a target for ZEC accumulation. He said building a larger share of a network at lower prices could produce asymmetric returns if the investment view is correct.
