ME News, October 19 (UTC+8) — CryptoQuant’s latest analysis indicates that Bitcoin exchange reserves rose from about 2.67 million BTC at the start of October to about 2.68 million BTC, still far below January levels. Rising reserves do not necessarily indicate selling, as transfers may reflect custody changes. Bitcoin’s 30-day spot demand turned negative again after briefly approaching zero, while perpetual futures demand remains positive. Addresses holding 100 to 1,000 BTC have continued to accumulate on net over the past 60 days, though at a slower pace than the peak at the end of September. Net outflows from addresses holding 1,000 to 10,000 BTC have approached zero, while addresses holding more than 10,000 BTC continue to see net outflows, indicating that accumulation has yet to broaden across the market.
