Bitcoin’s four-hour move has been quite clean. After dipping to 80684, several consecutive bullish candles pushed the price back above the middle band. Most importantly, the rebound hasn’t seen the kind of sharp bullish candle that gets immediately engulfed. Instead, bullish candles have been followed by brief bearish consolidation, then further gains—showing this isn’t just a quick oversold bounce; the bulls are steadily buying back in. The price has now reached around 83158 and is hugging the upper band on the four-hour chart. This puts it in a short-term strong zone, but it’s not a good spot to chase, since the recent run-up has left the candles somewhat extended. Under normal conditions, a pullback to confirm support is more likely before a second leg higher.
The one-hour chart shows the structure even more clearly. Since rising from 80684, the lows have consistently moved higher, as have the highs. A series of solid bullish candles reclaimed the 81600 and 82200 areas, and only after moving above 83000 did small-bodied candles begin to consolidate. For now, this looks more like high-level consolidation after a rally than a clear top. As long as a pullback doesn’t take the price back below the earlier breakout zone—and especially if the 82600–82800 area holds—this rally still has room to retest the previous high at 83158 and extend higher. On the other hand, if it surges straight up from here, I wouldn’t recommend chasing it; waiting for a pullback to enter would be much more comfortable. So for now, keep trading in line with the bullish structure and look to enter on a pullback.
Long Bitcoin at 82600–82800; first target 83400, then 84200.
Long Ethereum at 2410–2425; first target 2470, then 2500. $BTC
