$CT surged ~44% as soon as Upbit announced the listing; perpetual funding is projected at −1.57% for the 19:00 ICT interval.

• Upbit (announcement at 14:40 ICT on 19/10): KRW, BTC, and USDT pairs will open, with trading starting at 16:00 ICT. In the first ~40 minutes, KRW-CT recorded ~16 billion KRW (~12 million USD) in matched trades.
• CTUSDT perpetual: ~0.30 → peak of 0.435 in 5 minutes, now ~0.365, giving back more than half of the move.
• 4-hour funding: +0.005% for 2 days → −0.21% for the 15:00 interval, projected at −1.57% for the 19:00 interval. Mark price is ~2.6% below the index.
• OI ~15.4 → ~20.2 million tokens (~4.7 → ~7.2 million USD); long-account share ~40% (13:00) → ~50% (16:00 ICT).

My take: Upbit’s price (~501 KRW, ~0.37 USD) appears close to the index, while the perpetual is trading at a discount and shorts are paying very expensive funding. So, in my view, around the 19:00 funding interval, $CT could see sharp volatility in either direction.
