$APR 4 The hourly chart shows a MACD golden cross below the zero line.
When evaluating a MACD crossover, where it occurs matters more than whether it is a golden cross or a death cross. A golden cross below the zero line indicates that bearish momentum during the decline is weakening. It is essentially a rebound signal, and is less reliable than a golden cross above the zero line. Only when the DIF moves back above the zero line can the trend be considered to be strengthening.
Signals are more reliable when multiple timeframes point in the same direction.
