Nothing at all. The cultural tourism projects were sold to Sunac long ago.
The hotels were sold to R&F, and Wanda Cinemas was sold to Ruyi.
Even Wanda’s headquarters has been sold. With nothing else left to sell, all that’s left is Wanda Plaza.
But not all Wanda Plazas belong to Wang Jianlin. Many are other people’s assets that simply bear the Wanda name
and are just operated and managed on their behalf by Wanda Commercial Management. Those can’t be sold.
