There are also two criteria for what counts as garbage: first, it has to be related to Binance, CZ, or He Yi. Second, its market cap must be no more than 50 times the number of holders.
With 500 holders, its market cap must not exceed 25,000; with 5,000 holders, it must not exceed 250,000.
