When the news comes out, I’ll ask three questions about fund flows:
1. Which way are aggressive buys and sells leaning?
2. Can trading volume of $DELLB (24h: $220,000) increase significantly?
3. Are large holders making unusual transfers to exchanges?
If all three point in the same direction, the news has real weight; otherwise, it’s probably just a passing gust.
News with specific numbers carries more weight than vague statements.
