Guys, $XAU has dropped from $4,700 to around $4,167 and is now trading near an important buy zone.
I’m expecting a bounce, but buyers need to show strength first.
My bullish targets for gold (XAU)
Target 1: $4,200
Target 2: $4,270
Target 3: $4,350
Major target: $4,377
Buy zone: $4,050–$4,120
Key support: $4,005
If gold holds this support, we could see a recovery toward $4,300 and beyond.
But if it breaks below $4,005, another drop is likely.
