A Real API Payment Recorded on Tempo
One example from my Kite Passport activity shows a completed API payment to exa.mpp.tempo.xyz.
The record displays a payment of $0.007 USDC on Tempo, with the status marked as Completed. It also identifies the provider and includes a transaction hash.
This is a small transaction, but it illustrates an important part of the workflow: service payments can leave a record that users can inspect.
The screenshot confirms that the payment was completed. It does not, by itself, establish that the provider was another AI agent or that the requested service was successfully delivered.
That distinction matters. Building trustworthy agent commerce requires visibility into payments, but payment records are only one part of the larger picture.
