U.S.-provided Starlink service recently slowed in Ukraine, hindering the country’s ability to respond to Russian assaults. Elon Musk said in a post on X last week that the U.S. government and Trump were ultimately responsible for any slowdowns to Starshield, Starlink’s military version; Trump has denied the claim.
