This rebound at $ETH looks lively at first glance, but a closer look shows volume is shrinking. The price is rising, but buying pressure hasn’t followed—this divergence is worth watching carefully. The price has tested the resistance zone several times without breaking through decisively. Each rally has been pushed back, suggesting significant selling pressure at that level.
My read is that this low-volume rebound looks more like an opportunity for bears to step in. The short-term moving averages are starting to weaken, and each pullback rally has been weaker than the last. So as price approaches the resistance band, I’d lean toward a move lower in line with the trend. The previous low is the first area to watch below. Of course, if price breaks above the upper boundary on strong volume, I’ll admit I’m wrong and exit—no stubbornly holding on.
