The market has definitely been getting harder and harder to trade lately.
A few days ago, I was talking about the market with a friend and said that the battle for capital among various asset classes—including gold, U.S. stocks, crypto, and RWA—is getting more and more intense. Often, you’ve barely entered a position when the market suddenly surges violently, and by the time you react, it’s already too late.
But after looking over the charts today, I actually think we may be about to see some changes in the short term.
──── ✦ ────
First, ETH.
I just checked the 4-hour chart, and there’s already a fairly clear bullish divergence.
What’s even more noteworthy is that ETH then tested the lows a second time, but the price didn’t break below the previous low.
This suggests that some buying support is starting to emerge at lower levels, and bearish momentum may also be fading.
Now take $SNDKB : it’s also showing a fairly clear bullish divergence on the 4-hour chart.
It’s worth paying attention when two assets in different markets show similar technical signals at the same time.
So personally, I’m inclined to think that this short-term correction may be close to bottoming out.
──── ✦ ────
However, seeing the potential for a technical rebound doesn’t mean my view of the overall market has changed.
As I’ve said before, the prolonged high-interest-rate environment, the development of RWA, and Wall Street’s increasingly diverse range of ETFs and leveraged instruments are changing the market’s overall capital structure.
In particular, leveraged derivatives on BTC and ETH allow institutions to establish risk exposure through the derivatives market, without necessarily having to buy or sell large amounts of spot assets directly.
Market volatility and the battle for capital are also becoming more complex.
We can no longer simply assume that rate cuts mean a bull market and rate hikes mean a bear market.
──── ✦ ────
My trading plan from here is simple:
For ETH, I’ll be watching closely to see whether the low formed during the second test can hold, and whether the 4-hour chart can break back above resistance.
As long as the low holds and the bullish divergence remains valid, I’ll lean toward looking for a short-term rebound.
But if the price falls below the previous low again, I’ll need to reassess the bottom structure. I won’t stubbornly hold on just because I’m bullish.
I’m starting to lean optimistic in the short term, but I remain cautious over the medium to long term.
In today’s market, getting the direction right is important, of course, but timing and position management may matter even more.$ETH $SNDKB
