The first page of my trading notes says: Understand first, then place your order.
Today's lesson: One-way and hedge mode
In one-way mode, each trading pair can only have positions in one direction at a time. If you're holding a long position and place a sell order, it will first reduce your long position.
In hedge mode, to close a long position, you need to select “Close Long.” If you mistakenly select “Open Short,” you'll open a separate short position, and your original long position will remain open.
Finally, here's the market update: $BTC Current price: 81968.02, 24h: +0.55%.
