Don’t just watch the minute chart for BTC—look at the macro picture.

Once BTC holds above each $10,000 milestone, it’s hard to fall back below it. The ranks of people accumulating coins have grown steadily over the past few years: small-country governments, institutions, and individuals are all buying, waiting to buy the dip and betting that the next cycle will take prices even higher.

Look at it from another angle: if you’re the one calling the shots, how do you make money without selling high and buying low? If the price can’t go up, even the big players buying the dip won’t make a profit.

This market got its start with BTC, and BTC is what keeps it going. With just two months left until 2027, the odds of BTC continuing to move sideways around $80,000 are extremely low.

If you’re holding short positions on altcoins, cut them back when you need to. BTC can rally hard: a small move up in 15 minutes can turn several days’ worth of short-position profits into losses. #BTC
