Quick aside: $TRUTH is up +2.62% in 5 minutes. My first instinct was to check the trading volume ($15.87 million over 24 hours).
Why check volume first? I've learned the hard way: rallies on declining volume can easily spike and then pull back, leaving you stuck if you chase them.
The pace is fairly moderate this time, so it may be worth watching a little longer.
When you see a rally, what do you usually look at first?
