Market Notes|$BR |Loses the 0.4 Level
Definition: There are often many stop-loss orders clustered near key levels. Once the price crosses a level, these stops can be triggered all at once, causing volatility to spike.
How to read it: When the price repeatedly crosses back and forth near a key level, both bulls and bears can easily get shaken out. Staying on the sidelines until the direction becomes clear may be the safer choice.
Avoid placing orders during the most volatile few minutes. Wait for the price to settle before deciding.

This is just my personal opinion, not investment advice.
