AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron said AMC opposes Robinhood's launch of AMC stock tokens in the United States.

According to NS3.AI, Aron called the tokens “fake, synthetic stocks” and said they could affect AMC’s capital structure.

He also said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requires Robinhood to obtain AMC’s consent.
