AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron posted again, publicly criticizing Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev and Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallagher. He said AMC does not agree with Robinhood launching AMC stock tokens in the United States, and that the SEC has also required Robinhood to obtain AMC’s consent or stop its related actions. Aron said the tokens are fake or synthetic shares that could affect AMC’s capital structure, and stressed that the company should control its own financial destiny.
