The total value of cliff unlocks across the market this week is about $155 million (Tokenomist weekly report, 10-12 to 10-18), with $CRO alone accounting for nearly half.

1. $CRO leads the way: 1.17 billion tokens were released on 10-17, worth about $70.67 million and equal to 2.33% of the released supply. All of them went to a single address belonging to the Cronos Strategic Reserve. Notably, just two weeks ago, the Cronos community approved burning 228 million $CRO and using product revenue for buybacks and burns—unlocking on one hand while tightening supply on the other.

2. $ARB follows: 92.65 million tokens were released on 10-16, worth about $18.4 million and equal to 1.56% of the released supply. Of these, 56.13 million went to the team and advisors, and 36.52 million to investors.

3. Other cliff unlocks that same week included about $13.2 million worth of STRK and $12.1 million worth of CONX (according to the same Tokenomist report).

4. An unlock does not necessarily mean immediate selling pressure. $CRO was received by a single strategic reserve address, while more than half of $ARB went to the team and investors—the latter is typically more likely to make its way onto the secondary market.

Unlock events are often priced in ahead of time. On the release date, the key thing to watch is the depth of spot-market demand.
