$BTC 【What’s next for Bitcoin next week? What should we do now?】
Bitcoin is trading at around 81,900.
I didn’t post any updates this week because I was busy, but Huang gave some guidance on the 12th: I reminded everyone to enter only after the price broke through 84,400. If it struggled to break through, it was likely to fall to the 82,400–82,800 support zone, followed by strong support at 80,000–80,500, where you could buy in. Normally, we’d expect a rebound around that level. This week’s short-term strategy based on that guidance worked out pretty well. Bitcoin did pull back and try to push higher twice, but failed to break through 84,400. It then bottomed out above 79,700 and has rebounded by around 2,000 points to its current level.
Now, looking at the current situation: U.S. tech stocks saw a major pullback this week, and Bitcoin followed suit, though its decline has been relatively mild. The key level to watch below is 79,000. The 0.618 Fibonacci retracement level of the 75,000–87,000 move is just above 79,000, so this can serve as a key short-term support level. As long as it holds, the short-term bullish structure remains intact. If it breaks below, the price may head to the bottom of the previous trading range at 75,000–76,000. Overhead resistance remains at 82,800–83,000, followed by 84,400.
So, for trading: continue to favor long positions. For short-term trades, use the levels mentioned above—around 79,000, 82,800–83,000, and 84,400—as support and resistance zones for swing trades, and be sure to set take-profit and stop-loss orders.
