**BTC+ETH both showing a strong short bias—this kind of consensus is itself a risk signal**

When two major assets are simultaneously flagged as shorts by systematic signals, that’s not a reason to add to short positions. It’s actually the market condition I’m most wary of.

The reason is simple: when leveraged sentiment across the market is overwhelmingly bearish, crowded short positions begin to build up reversal risk. The louder the calls to buy the dip in chat rooms, the more it suggests that shorts are already in position—**sentiment isn’t a position, but positions can turn against sentiment.**

Key levels right now:
- BTC: stop-loss wall above at **$83,312**, support pool below at **$80,045**
- ETH: stop-loss wall above at **$2,457**, support pool below at **$2,361**

My approach: don’t chase the drop; wait for a bounce. If the price rebounds near the stop-loss wall and then confirms with a bearish close, I’ll enter a short—that lets the market confirm the direction instead of leaving me to guess. I already have a pending order near ETH **$2,392**, with the stop set above the structure. I’m waiting for the price to come to me, not chasing it.

**My outlook for this week: B (down)**, but the likely path is a false breakout above the stop-loss wall to flush out longs, followed by a move down toward the support pool. A direct plunge through support is less likely than a rise followed by a sell-off.

What do you think? Comment A or B.
