The whole market saw a sharp wick down overnight and early this morning, then bounced back today.

#BTC Bitcoin wicked down near 80,800 yesterday before rebounding. It climbed to around 82,000 today but couldn’t hold there, so it made a small pullback. It’s currently finding some support around 81,600 and hasn’t fallen further, instead rebounding slightly and moving sideways. Bitcoin is currently ranging between 80,800 and 82,000 in the short term, and between 80,000 and 84,300 in the broader range. Watch for major resistance at 83,000 and 84,300, and support at 80,800–79,800.

#ETH Ethereum wicked down to around 2,350 last night, and the long order placed earlier was filled, catching a rebound. The long was placed at 2,365. Ethereum’s high of 2,430 hasn’t broken through resistance. There is resistance at 2,450, 2,480, and 2,500; watch support at 2,390, 2,350, and 2,300. After last night’s wick down, holding around 2,400 would be a positive sign and favor the bulls. The 2,450–2,530 range looks like a good area to look for short entries.
