Hyperliquid has changed its write priority fee rules, which are now live on testnet and primarily affect latency-sensitive traders. According to NS3.AI, users who previously sent CoreWriter operations directly will receive lower mempool priority, while users must hold at least 10 HYPE in delegatable balance to use IOC and ALO priority fees.
