Moving averages across several timeframes are all acting as resistance, and the price hasn’t managed a convincing breakout.
Think about it: what does a rebound on declining volume tell us? Looking at the chart, every push upward gets knocked back, and the highs keep moving lower. With this kind of structure, I’d rather look for opportunities in the direction of the bears. Of course, we need to guard against the risk of a rebound. That line above is my cutoff—if it breaks, I’ll admit I’m wrong and exit rather than fight the market.
