“The bull market is here” has been the call for two months. The bull showed up—and dropped 63%.
A peak of 0.1635 on September 13; 0.059 today.
Market cap fell from 160 million to 59 million.
Down another 25% in 7 days, and -7% in 24 hours.

This is one of the most representative Chinese-language Memes.
It rode an animated film that became an unlikely viral hit, and a pun meaning “the bull market is here.”
It was listed on Binance spot on September 9 with a Seed tag.
It had also been listed on Alpha and USDT perpetuals.

The fundamentals aren’t bad.
All 1 billion tokens are in circulation, with no unlocks that could trigger sell-offs.
There are 70,000 holder addresses; the top 10 hold just 11.2%, so the supply is fairly dispersed.
On Flap, you can also earn dividends in tokenized US stocks. It has distributed 2,033 QQQB (about $1.46 million).

But here’s the problem: the story has run its course.
The film’s buzz has already faded, fan creations have dried up, and it’s no longer trending.
Meme valuations are held up entirely by attention. Once attention moves on, the price can only search lower.

My take:
Bull Is Coming is among the Chinese-language Memes least likely to go to zero.
It has a dual-market Binance listing, dispersed holdings, and a memorable IP.
But “unlikely to die” doesn’t mean “it will go up.”
Right now, it’s an asset waiting for the next sentiment cycle—not a trend play.

If you’re thinking of trading it, listen up:
0.056 is the lifeline. It held there on October 17 and today.
If it breaks, watch 0.05.
A bounce to 0.065–0.07 is resistance—reduce your position, don’t add.
If you really want to bet on it, wait for two weeks of low-volume sideways trading and a new narrative.
Don’t catch a falling knife halfway down the hill.
Keep your position below 5%. This is a Meme, not a value coin.

The bull is here, but it’s still on its way 😂
