$GTC moved above its recent high around midday, and I’m cautiously positive on its short-term trend.

As of 12:00 Beijing time on October 18, the high across the 24 complete hourly candles was about 0.277 USDT. By 12:30, the price had risen to around 0.287. It also closed higher for three consecutive hours after 9:00 a.m.

I like these two steps: it turned upward again after a morning pullback, then moved above the previous range high. The advance has made tangible progress, making GTC worth watching as a short-term outperformer.

The caveats are clear: the hour after 12:00 is not yet complete, there’s still not enough evidence that the breakout will hold, and 0.277 can’t yet be treated as reliable support. This strengthening is worth watching, but I wouldn’t yet say it has established a firm foothold.
