$Q |Breaking through the 0.13 level
Before looking at position sizes, first understand the key round-number level.
The longer it’s been since the price last reached this level, the more the distribution of positions around it may have changed. Past support and resistance may no longer hold.
The first pullback after breaking above it is often seen as a test: if the price can stabilize near this level, the idea that resistance has turned into support becomes more plausible.
Indicators can fail, so don’t skip your stop-loss: think first about what you’ll do if your judgment is wrong. That matters more than whether your prediction is spot on.

Whether to buy is up to you; I’m just sharing my thoughts.
