Conclusion: The compliant investment channel for $XRP is continuing to expand.

As of October 17, Bitwise’s XRP spot ETF had net assets of $541.12 million and cumulative net inflows of $684.73 million (SosoValue data). A few figures are worth noting:

1. Market share: Based on figures as of October 15, Bitwise accounted for about 37% of the total assets (approximately $1.53 billion) across the five U.S. XRP spot ETFs. Canary followed with approximately $458 million, and Franklin Templeton with approximately $426 million (CryptoETF.today/SoSoValue data; reporting dates vary by issuer, so figures are for reference only).
2. Timing: The fund was listed on NYSE Arca on November 19, 2025, and surpassed the $500 million threshold in less than a year. XRP is down about 29% year to date over the same period, yet these ETFs have faced almost no redemption pressure, suggesting that the invested capital is long-term money.
3. Fees: Bitwise charges a 0.34% management fee, while Franklin charges just 0.19%. Despite being half the cost, it has not managed to capture much market share. Access and liquidity matter more than fee levels.

The data show that investors willing to gain XRP exposure through compliant products are moving from trying it out to making strategic allocations. Going forward, it will be worth watching whether the remaining issuers follow suit with fee cuts, and whether these products are replicated for more altcoins.
