【ENA is nearing a key level—here’s what I’m watching】

The 0.181044 support level nearly broke today.

Honestly, it’s down almost 14% in seven days, so short-term momentum is definitely weak. But today’s trading volume was interesting—it exceeded 5% of its market cap. That’s not retail traders messing around. It made me revise one of my assumptions: this isn’t a slow bleed; someone is testing the bottom.

A lot of people see an 87% drop and call it “oversold,” thinking it’s a bargain. I don’t see it that way. Being oversold isn’t a reason in itself—the key question is whether this coin’s fundamentals have changed fundamentally.

I’ve been watching a few things lately: How much real usage does Ethena’s stablecoin business have? How well do institutional users stick around after coming in? That will determine whether the valuation can hold in this range. If it’s just retail traders buying the dip and they leave as soon as liquidity dries up, then this support level is meaningless.

There’s one question I’m stuck on: In the move down from 0.204746, is bearish pressure fading, or are the bears just gathering strength? If they’re gathering strength, then this isn’t the bottom—it’s halfway down.

I don’t have a position, but I’m watching these levels closely. If 0.181044 breaks, 0.15 isn’t out of the question. If it holds, there’s much more upside from here than the current price suggests.

In practical terms, whether it holds or not will determine if this coin is being prepared for institutional market makers, or if it will remain a chip in retail traders’ speculation. Whether the business case holds up depends on actual capital inflows and outflows—not something a candlestick chart can tell me.
