I’m sorry to tell you this, but.
You’re not ready yet. I’m not saying that just as an opinion—I’ll show you why I’m telling you this.
And yes, I mean you’re not ready for #trading , and I’ll prove it with just 3 reasons.
- You can’t trade based on emotion. You’re afraid of going into the red, you enjoy being in the green, and being neutral makes you impatient. All of that boils down to something very simple: you trade to see “what happens,” rather than because the coin gave you an entry signal or because the trade could potentially bring you closer to a goal you’ve set.
95% of losses and blown accounts come from decisions made out of pain or greed. If you struggle with this, I recommend reading a lot about psychology and practicing.
- You can’t be bothered to make “small” daily gains; instead, you’d rather make “a lot” in one or two trades. Following that logic, what counts as “a little” to you might be “a lot” to someone else. Many people can’t make more than $1 to $5 a day (and it’s not because they don’t know how to trade), because they see people making over 1k or $500 a day in #Square and get so motivated that they start fantasizing about making those amounts themselves.
In the end, you’ll wind up getting into $GTC or $Q to try to always make as much as possible. But guess what? Trading works like this: risk little—you gain little; risk a lot—you lose a lot or everything. And guess what? Whether you’re making a little or a lot isn’t just about the amount of money, because you need a trading plan to know when it’s “little” and when it’s “a lot.”
- You don’t read or work every day to improve your trading or analysis mistakes. The biggest mistake is thinking that trading means grabbing a candle and predicting the next move. If that were the case, more than a few people would be millionaires today. So what do I mean? I mean that #trading is much deeper: liquidity, candle formation, closes and opens, solid projects or not, order book, technical indicators, fundamental analysis, etc.
I could go on, but there are character limits in the post. I hope this clears up your doubts or motivates you to improve. This message isn’t meant to tear you down; it’s meant to wake you up and get you to stop jumping into $AGT recklessly, lol.
