Just a quick thought: when a stock like $Q breaks above its one-year high on heavy volume, I usually don't focus much on the day itself—I look at the next two or three days.
The reason is simple: everyone can see that trading volume is up 3.2 times that day. After a genuine breakout, the price usually holds above 0.07248; a failed breakout tends to pull back within a day or two.
The current price is 0.07708. I'll make a note of it for now and check again in a couple of days. Like this post, and let's see how the price action confirms it in a few days.
