The value of FF cannot be judged solely by project revenue
When it comes to Falcon Finance’s $FF , I start with one question: Even if the product generates revenue, why should that revenue necessarily flow through to the token?
According to the older version of the official FF documentation, updated on 2025-12-10, FF was positioned as a governance and utility token. This describes the historical design and does not mean that these rights have been implemented currently.
Protocol revenue, returns earned by product shares, and enforceable rights to revenue for FF holders are three separate things that each need to be verified.
I’m more concerned with three questions:
① Does exercising these rights actually require holding or staking FF?
② Can demand from use be sustained, rather than being driven solely by rewards?
③ Can governance be carried out, and what can holders actually influence?
Receiving more tokens does not mean receiving a stable share of external operating profits. When assessing research rewards, you still need to verify their source, distribution rules, and sustainability.
There’s another detail that shouldn’t be overlooked: the older governance documentation, updated on 2025-12-10, says “under development, pending release,” while the older FAQ updated on the same day describes holders as being able to vote. These accounts are inconsistent. This neither proves that governance has not launched nor proves that voting rights are currently enforceable.
My order of analysis: first, check whether assets and revenue are transparent; next, check whether the rights have been implemented; finally, assess whether those rights can support demand for the token. A narrative cannot substitute for value capture.
Strategy, custody, counterparty, and liquidity risks still need to be assessed. Holding FF may result in a loss of principal, and exit conditions and actual release progress should also be checked separately.
The materials are older versions of official documentation and do not represent current revenue, reserves, distributions, unlocks, redemptions, or feature status. Strategy performance and real-time on-chain status have not been independently verified. For research purposes only; this is not investment advice.
