Just thinking out loud: with moves like $Q , where heavy volume pushes the price above its one-year high, I usually don’t look at the day itself—I look at the next day.
The reasoning is simple: anyone can see when volume jumps to 3.2 times its usual level that day. After a genuine breakout, the price often stays above 0.07248; failed breakouts tend to pull back within a day or two.
Current price: 0.07558. I’ll make a note for now and check back in a day or two. How do you interpret this?

Just my personal observation, not a recommendation to buy or sell.
