Arbitrum’s on-chain RWA count tops 7,400: ecosystem data is strengthening, but $ARB remains below $0.20
The takeaway: Among L2s, the share of real-world asset tokenization is increasingly concentrating on Arbitrum, but fundamentals and price have clearly decoupled. $ARB is currently around $0.1865 (Finnhub data, October 17), with resistance at $0.2003 looming overhead.
1. Scale: The number of on-chain RWAs has topped 7,400 (Cryptonews report, October 17). The official announcement of 7,000 came just three weeks ago, on September 25, meaning roughly 400 more have been added since. DefiLlama data from October 17 shows active RWA AUM at around $889.9 million.
2. Revenue: A new fee revenue stream emerged on Arbitrum this week, generating over $200,000 in fees (Coinfomania report, October 17). DEX trading volume over seven days was around $1.097 billion, up 19.06% week over week (DefiLlama data, October 17).
3. Developments: The Stablecoin Growth Program has officially launched, incentivizing teams to make USDG their flagship stablecoin. USDG liquidity is now live on Uniswap on Arbitrum One (Coinfomania report, October 17).
My take: The number of tokenized assets is a real measure of usage, but it doesn’t directly translate into value capture for $ARB . Ecosystem usage is growing while the token price is falling, suggesting the RWA narrative is currently pricing in “traffic to the chain,” not “cash flows to the token.” TronWeekly identified support around $0.1722 on October 14. Whether the price can hold above $0.20 is worth watching.
