A Solana company has been registered in China—with a name they came up with themselves
Shanghai Solana Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was registered back in June, with registered capital of 5 million and Du Yanjing as its legal representative. There’s another layer beneath it, Yaokun Qiusuo, in which Solana holds a 45% stake and Jiang Yiwen is listed as chairman. Here’s the strange part: this “Solana” was named by a sole proprietorship, and its ownership has absolutely nothing to do with the Solana Foundation. Yet the team has been posting photos of its Shanghai office this week.
Just using the name is enough to ride Solana’s narrative—and it costs less than running a classic on-chain pump-and-dump. Don’t rush to chase a short-term spike: news-driven rallies have always been an opportunity for market makers to unload. If volume doesn’t confirm it, it’s a false breakout; the real test comes on the pullback. If the price is going nowhere, volume is absent, and the broader market isn’t cooperating, a registered name alone can’t sustain a trend.
Those of you holding—what’s your cost basis this time around? Do you dare place a limit order at the pullback level?
