SOL is hovering right on the 0.618 Fibonacci line.

First, the price. SOL is at 104.75 now, down 1.08% over 24 hours. It touched 107.44 this morning but couldn’t hold, getting knocked back to around 102.49. It’s closed in the green on 60% of days this month, but the Fear & Greed Index is at 40—still in fear territory.

Second, what’s happening in four days. On October 21, Alpenglow activates on mainnet, retiring TowerBFT and bringing in Votor. It cuts block finalization time from 12.8 seconds to 150 milliseconds—85 times faster. The proposal passed with 98.27% approval, pretty much a unanimous green light. On-chain transaction counts will drop sharply, since validator votes will no longer count as transactions.

Third, a few moves on-chain. Securitize has launched tokenized shares of Apple and Nvidia on SOL. Samsung Wallet will support USDC by the end of the month, reaching 82 million Galaxy devices. U.S. spot SOL ETFs saw $153 million in net inflows in a single week—the biggest week since launch.

Stuck on the 0.618 Fib line, waiting to see whether Alpenglow goes live or SOL drops first to test the 0.5 line at 97.7. It all depends on what the big players decide.
