#ETF and whale flows diverge: Can BTC hold above $80,000? This divergence is being transmitted to CL through risk appetite: if ETF outflows continue, CL's catch-up upside will be capped. My overall view is cautiously bullish in the short term, but it's unwise to chase prices higher; risk management takes priority over direction.

CL is currently at 98.86, up 3.2% over 24 hours, with a trading volume of 15.526 million. The 1-hour and 4-hour trends are both pointing upward, and the price is more than 8% above its 24-hour low of 95.38. However, the top-10 order book bid-to-ask ratio of 0.92 indicates sellers have a slight edge. The funding rate of -0.0099% means shorts are still paying, while open interest of 554,000 suggests the risk of a squeeze remains. 101.5 is clear resistance, and 95.38 is key support.

Keep positions light as a general approach: consider going long on a pullback to 97.65, set a stop-loss at 96.42, and target 99.87. If the price breaks below 96.42 on increased volume, reverse course and stay on the sidelines. Do not average down or hold losing positions. Limit each position to no more than 5% of total capital. Exit immediately when the stop-loss is triggered; never add to a position to lower your cost basis.
