A quick lesson from the past: $BTC . The current market looks just like the early stages of the 2023 bull market.

My view on this market move in the second half of this year has always been very clear. Looking back at the 2023 transition from bear to bull, there were big swings along the way, and many altcoins went on a roller-coaster ride. So everyone should be prepared for sharp volatility. Let’s look at how Bitcoin moved in 2023: it came out of its bottoming range and rebounded from around 15,000 to 22,000, then began a modest pullback. Just when everyone thought the move was over, it rebounded again to around 25,000. At that point, everyone thought the bull market had arrived. Then Bitcoin began a daily-chart correction, falling from around 25,000 to around 19,000. The scale of that shakeout led everyone to think it was just a bear-market rally, when in fact it was a pullback in the early stages of a bull market. After finding a bottom on the daily chart, Bitcoin began its second wave higher, rising above 30,000.

Now let’s compare that with this move in the second half of 2026. Bitcoin’s first rebound was from around 58,000 to around 82,000, followed by a modest pullback to around 76,000. Just when everyone thought the rebound was over, it rallied again to around 87,000. At that point, everyone thought the bull market had arrived. Bitcoin then began another daily-chart correction, which is still underway. Judging by the size of the pullback, a daily-chart correction into the 75,000–80,000 range seems reasonable.

Let’s compare 2023 with 2026: in both cases, Bitcoin had just emerged from its bear-market bottoming range and started its first upward move. History doesn’t repeat itself exactly, but it often rhymes. That’s why, whether I’m posting on the feed, livestreaming, or sharing in our community, my view has always been clear: we define this move in the second half of the year as a transition from bear to bull. There will be major swings along the way, making it feel as though the market could switch between bull and bear conditions at any moment. At times like this, we need an anchor: a firm, clear view and a sound sense of the overall direction. That’s something I’ve consistently emphasized in the community. When Bitcoin was around 87,000 recently, I kept telling everyone that it would undergo a daily-chart correction. Now that it has fallen, my view is still clear: we can build positions in batches. I believe the coming period is a golden window for accumulating spot, so you can follow Brother Fei’s lead and position yourself accordingly.
