🎯 How to Use Coinglass and the 1.68 ATR Rule to Protect Your Stop Loss (AKE Case)

Tired of getting stopped out right before the bounce? Coinglass’s Liquidity Heatmap shows you where the Market Maker is likely to move. Here’s how we applied it to AKE/USDT:

1. Identifying the POI (Entry)
Look at the screenshot. The price was at 0.028714 (a 22.58K liquidity block).

· Above were dense walls (short magnets).
· Below was an empty zone down to 0.02752.
The trade: We entered on the rejection of that liquidity block at 0.028714. We didn’t buy into the empty zone—we bought at the support level where the MM was likely to bounce the price.

2. The Mathematical SL (1.68 ATR)
We don’t set the SL by eye or place it too close to the price. We use actual volatility:

· ATR (15m): 0.000533
· Formula: 1.68 × 0.000533 = 0.000895
· Calculation: 0.028714 (Entry) - 0.000895 = 0.0278 (SL)

3. The Result
The price held through the noise, made a low at 0.028451 (our SL at 0.0278 was never in danger), and bounced strongly until it hit the TP.

Golden Rule: The Heatmap tells you where to enter; the 1.68 ATR calculation tells you how to survive market noise.
