Crypto trading chaos: Martin signals, part 3 😅
Why do so many copy traders end up getting burned? ☹️
Today, let’s break down the account of someone who hasn’t blown up yet, but whose many copy traders have. It’s hilarious—this guy even uses bots to write comments. Take a look at this clown in my comments 😂

Were you fooled by this unbelievably high win rate? In just three months, he made over 80x and earned more than 40,000 U, with a maximum drawdown of only 6% and a win rate of 91.9%. But you can spot the problem by looking at the copy traders’ profits and losses: if the win rate and profits are so incredible, why are the copy traders losing money? Because he uses a Martingale strategy to provide trading signals. This account has been liquidated multiple times.

The signal provider’s position size is only around 100,000, but in the past seven days, copy traders have lost nearly 100,000 too. See anything fishy? This person clearly lost over 60% in the past seven days, but managed to recover by adding to positions during the day and holding on. The most interesting part is the 144 positions over seven days—that means he has to make 20 trades a day, earning money from copy traders’ fees. Open the position history and you’ll see that every trade takes profit at just a fraction of a U. He’s making money by racking up fees and bleeding copy traders dry.

The most alarming figures are here: in just over three months, he had nearly 3,000 copy traders, but now only a little over 200 remain. That means this person hasn’t just been liquidated—he’s been liquidated multiple times, leaving many copy traders holding the bag. That’s the worst part. So when copy trading, don’t just look at the signal provider’s profits—you need to know how to assess them from multiple angles.
