🔥 The Nasdaq fell 5.5% for the week, while the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index posted its eighth straight decline—a record since 2008. Yet BTC is still holding near $81K. Is it showing resilience, or has the other shoe just not dropped yet?

📉 U.S. stocks: AI cloud provider CoreWeave’s bond yields briefly topped 15%, and its stock fell 12% on Friday; Brent crude was around $110, and the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield rose to 5.097% (Source: BlockBeats / Wall Street News)
📊 Crypto: $BTC around $81,413, 24h -0.63%; $ETH $2,420; Fear & Greed Index: 55 (Greed)

👉 My take:
1️⃣ The selloff in U.S. stocks is about AI financing costs, not demand. A decline in risk appetite will hit high-beta assets first.
2️⃣ Fidelity data: BTC’s correlation with Treasury yields rose above 0.6 in 2026. Oil prices and high interest rates are the biggest variables.
3️⃣ Key levels: $84K above, the $80K round-number level below, then $77K—the cost basis for new whales.

⚠️ Weekend liquidity is thin. If U.S. stocks continue selling off on Monday, watch out for a sharp wick.
