$BTC Bounce to 82,000? Keep this short-trade setup in mind

The BTC trend is actually quite clear: macro liquidity is tightening, ETF funds are flowing out, and the October rally myth has been shattered. Market sentiment was already weak, and the $1.9 billion liquidation on the 10th left bulls badly battered. A short-term comeback will be difficult.

The charts confirm this too: sell orders are overwhelming buy orders, and trading volume hasn’t picked up at all during the rebound, which shows that nobody is willing to buy in. The moving averages are all aligned bearishly, and the price has stalled around 81,500–82,000. MACD momentum is also nearly zero—the bulls have run out of steam.

So shorting around 82,000 makes sense. It’s right at the resistance zone. Set a stop-loss at 82,700 and target 81,000 for take-profit. The risk-reward ratio is about 1.4:1, which is good enough for crypto.

Trade reminders:
1. Open short positions in batches in the 82,000–82,500 range; don’t go all in at once.
2. Strictly stick to the 82,700 stop-loss. If it breaks above that level, exit—don’t hold on.
3. The first target is 81,000. You can close half the position there to lock in profits.

Shorting at this level is in line with the trend, but sudden wicks are part and parcel of the crypto market, so just manage your position size carefully.
