A friend just asked me: “Data: $333 million in liquidations across the entire market over the past 24 hours, including $222 million in long positions and $111 million in short positions.” Is that good or bad?
My answer: It’s somewhat negative in the short term, but bearish news doesn’t mean prices will keep falling forever. Once the panic has run its course, things often turn around.
