“Customer service” suddenly contacts you—how can you tell if it’s real?
Anyone claiming they can recover your stolen funds but asking for an upfront fee is probably running a scam too.
Impersonators posing as customer service agents exploit panic and trust in official channels: first they claim there’s a problem with your account, then they pressure you to act immediately, leaving you no time to calmly verify their claims.
As for the market: $BNB is currently at 719.94, down 1.32% over the past 24 hours.
If someone asks you to pay first to unfreeze your funds, it’s almost certainly a scam.
