A piece of news I saw today: In an executive order, U.S. President Trump said that, effective immediately, he is waiving some of the sanctions, restrictions, and tariffs imposed under the Graham Act on sanctions against Russia and Iran.
At face value, this seems somewhat negative. But has it already been priced in? We’ll have to compare it with the previous trend. After reading this, I actually feel pretty calm—probably because I’ve seen too many similar things.
