I made a lot of money trading cryptocurrencies between 2022 and 2024. At the time, I had every reason to believe in my strategy. But in 2025, that same strategy that had brought me this far nearly cost me everything.

The market doesn’t care how much money you made in the past, or how many times you were right. When the rules of the game change, the experience that once helped you win can become the reason you lose.

Five years in this market have taught me that knowledge isn’t just about knowing when to buy or sell. Sometimes, it’s about recognizing when what you believed in is no longer true. And the hardest part isn’t learning a new strategy, but being able to let go of the old one when part of you still wants to believe in it.

I don’t think I’m any different from anyone else. I just know that getting to where I am today came at a great cost. Some lessons only make sense after you lose money. Some decisions only reveal themselves as mistakes when there’s no chance to correct them. And during certain periods, the best thing you can do isn’t make more money, but stop trying to prove that you’re still right.

I don’t need to win every battle to prove I’m good at what I do. I just need to survive in this market. $BTC
